# AI Landing Page Mockup Tripwire — Playbook

**Tier scope:** Tripwire #3 — `tripwire-ai-landing-page-mockup` ($247)
**Time budget:** 3-4 person-hours total (offshore) + ~30 min US review
**Owner:** Offshore team lead
**US reviewer:** Designer + dev lead (designer leads)
**Customer-facing SLA:** 5 business days from intake complete + payment received

## Required intake fields

Section A (1-12), Section B (13-17 — brand assets), and **Section C-3 (questions 33-38)**. Hard blocks:

- Q33 — which page
- Q34 — goal of the page
- Q36 — value proposition (1 sentence)
- Q37 — primary CTA

If brand assets (Section B) are missing, do NOT block — note as a gotcha and use sensible defaults; flag in deliverable that customer should provide before coding upsell.

## Step-by-step execution

### Day 1 — Intake review + concept (offshore, 30 min)
- [ ] Read intake + kickoff notes
- [ ] Review the 3 competitor/inspiration URLs (Q35) — note layout patterns, hero treatments, CTA placement
- [ ] Sketch wireframe concept (hero, value props, social proof, secondary CTA, footer) — share in Slack with US designer
- [ ] Set tracker status: `In production`

### Day 2 — Kickoff alignment (15 min)
- [ ] Confirm concept direction with US designer before drafting copy
- [ ] Confirm anything to avoid (Q38)

### Day 3 — Copy + imagery (offshore + AI, ~1.5 hours)
- [ ] Use Claude or ChatGPT-4 to draft full page copy: hero headline (5 variants), subhead, 3 value-prop blocks, social proof placeholder, FAQ (3-4), CTA copy
- [ ] Human-edit copy in customer's brand voice; trim AI-isms; fact-check claims
- [ ] Source imagery: Midjourney for hero/concept shots OR curated stock (Unsplash, Pexels) — never use customer photos we haven't been given rights to
- [ ] Save copy doc + image assets to `/[CustomerName]/Landing-Page-Mockup/`

### Day 4 — Figma design + revision round (offshore, ~1.5 hours)
- [ ] Build desktop frame (1440px) in Figma using customer brand colors/fonts from Section B (or sensible defaults if not provided)
- [ ] Build mobile frame (375px)
- [ ] Apply layout: hero + CTA above fold, value props, social proof, FAQ, secondary CTA, footer
- [ ] Run internal QA
- [ ] Share Figma view link to customer for 1 revision round (intake C-3 allows 1 round)
- [ ] Apply customer revisions; export PDF
- [ ] Set tracker status: `Ready for US review`

### Day 5 — US review + delivery
- [ ] US designer runs 04 checklist (landing-page section)
- [ ] Send delivery email with Figma link + PDF export + Drive folder
- [ ] Soft-pitch the 5-Page Website Build upsell ($1,997) in delivery email — "ready to code it?"

## Internal QA checklist (run BEFORE flagging for US review)

- [ ] Figma file shared with customer (View access at minimum)
- [ ] PDF exported (desktop + mobile on separate pages)
- [ ] Mobile + desktop frames both included and visually consistent
- [ ] Single primary CTA matches Q37; visible above fold on both frames
- [ ] Value prop (Q36) is the hero headline or first paragraph — not buried
- [ ] No Lorem Ipsum anywhere
- [ ] Brand colors/fonts applied (or defaults documented as "swap-on-build")
- [ ] Imagery is licensed/owned (no random Google Image grabs)
- [ ] No mention of "AI-generated" or "ChatGPT" in deliverable
- [ ] Customer's revisions documented in the working doc

## AI tools used (INTERNAL — never mention to customer)

- Claude or ChatGPT-4 — page copy first draft, headline variants, FAQ
- Midjourney or DALL-E — hero imagery, illustration concepts
- Unsplash / Pexels — curated stock as fallback
- Figma — design + share + PDF export
- Figma AI features (if enabled) — layout suggestions, content rewrites

## Common gotchas

- **Customer slow to provide brand assets** — proceed with defaults; flag clearly in deliverable that brand swap happens on build
- **Customer wants more than 1 revision round** — politely note this is a mockup tripwire ($247) and additional rounds come with the 5-Page Build upsell
- **Customer's inspiration URLs are wildly different from their brand** — escalate to US designer for direction call
- **AI-generated imagery looks generic** — replace with curated stock or shoot a quick Midjourney variation set; do not ship obvious AI tells (extra fingers, melted text)
- **5-day SLA at risk** — escalate immediately

## Deliverable spec (per spec §4)

What the customer receives at delivery (matches spec §4 line 160):

1. 1 high-conversion landing page mockup (per Q33 — home or service page)
2. AI-drafted, team-refined copy — full page, in brand voice
3. AI-generated or curated imagery (licensed)
4. Mobile + desktop preview frames
5. Delivered as Figma (view link) + PDF export
6. 1 revision round included
7. Working files in Drive folder
8. NOT coded — coded build is the $1,997 upsell
