# AI SEO Audit + 5-Page Fix Pack Tripwire — Playbook

**Tier scope:** Tripwire #2 — `tripwire-ai-seo-audit-fix` ($297)
**Time budget:** 4-5 person-hours total (offshore) + ~45 min US review

## Required intake fields

Section A (1-12) plus **Section C-2 (questions 27-32)**. Hard blocks:

- Q27 or Q28 — admin access to CMS (login OR editor invite to `dev@btwebgroup.com`)
- Q5 (Section A) — business website URL

If access is missing at Day 1: pause clock, US team chases same day.

## Step-by-step execution

### Day 1 — Intake review + audit run (offshore, ~1.5 hours)
- [ ] Confirm CMS access works; rotate to read-only audit credentials if customer gave full admin (security hygiene)
- [ ] Run full Screaming Frog crawl on customer's domain
- [ ] Run Google PageSpeed Insights on homepage + top 5 pages identified in Q29
- [ ] Run Ahrefs site audit (or use existing project) for backlinks + ranking baseline
- [ ] Pull GBP listing snapshot if applicable
- [ ] Save raw exports to `/[CustomerName]/SEO-Audit/raw/`
- [ ] Set tracker status: `In production`

### Day 2 — AEO/GEO check + analysis (offshore, ~1 hour)
- [ ] Test customer's brand name + Q30 search terms in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity — document whether the brand is cited, what's cited about competitors, what's missing (entity recognition, business description, key services)
- [ ] Compare against Q31 competitor sites (run quick Screaming Frog on each — note schema, meta strategy, content depth)
- [ ] Identify the 5 highest-impact page fixes (use Q29 if customer specified, otherwise: homepage + top-traffic pages + top-converting pages)
- [ ] Confirm fix plan with US SEO lead in Slack

### Day 3 — Apply fixes (offshore, ~1.5 hours)
For each of 5 selected pages:
- [ ] Rewrite meta title (≤ 60 chars, includes primary keyword + brand)
- [ ] Rewrite meta description (≤ 155 chars, includes CTA)
- [ ] Fix H1 if missing/duplicated; verify single H1 per page
- [ ] Optimize heading hierarchy (H2/H3)
- [ ] Add/fix alt text on all images
- [ ] Add/upgrade schema (LocalBusiness on homepage; Service/Product/Article as applicable per page; Organization on About)
- [ ] Take BEFORE screenshot of source/SERP snippet; after applying, take AFTER screenshot
- [ ] Verify page renders without breakage (mobile + desktop)

### Day 4 — Audit document + AEO/GEO recos (offshore, ~1 hour)
- [ ] Write readable PDF audit doc (not a data dump): executive summary, what we found, what we fixed (with before/after), top 10 remaining issues, AEO/GEO recommendations, prioritized 30/60/90-day roadmap
- [ ] Use Claude or ChatGPT-4 to draft narrative; human-edit for accuracy
- [ ] Run internal QA
- [ ] Set tracker status: `Ready for US review`

### Day 5 — US review + delivery
- [ ] US SEO lead runs 04 checklist (SEO section)
- [ ] Verify fixes are live by viewing source on each of the 5 pages
- [ ] Send delivery email with PDF audit + before/after screenshots + Drive folder link

## Internal QA checklist (run BEFORE flagging for US review)

## Common gotchas

- **Customer slow to provide CMS access** — chase Day 2 morning; if not received by Day 3, escalate
- **Customer's CMS is custom/locked** — escalate to US SEO lead and dev lead; may need scope adjustment in writing before continuing
- **Fixes accidentally break the page layout** — always preview in staging or as draft before publishing; keep a revert note in tracker for every change
- **Customer has WP plugin conflicts** (Yoast + RankMath etc.) — pick one, document choice, do not run two
- **5-day SLA at risk** — escalate immediately

## Deliverable spec (per spec §4)

What the customer receives at delivery (matches spec §4 line 159):

1. Full site SEO audit (PDF) — readable, executive summary + findings + roadmap
2. AEO/GEO analysis — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity visibility with screenshots and recommendations
3. **Actual fixes applied** on up to 5 pages: meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text, schema
4. Before/after screenshots for each of the 5 fixed pages
5. 30/60/90-day prioritized roadmap for next steps
6. Working files in Drive: raw crawl exports, schema JSON-LD snippets, audit PDF
