Is ad spend included in the management fee?
No — they're two separate things. The price you see is our management fee, paid to BT Web Group. Your ad spend (the money that buys the clicks) is billed directly to your card by Google and Meta, never through us and never with a markup. You decide how much to spend and can change it anytime.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. We build campaigns inside your own Google and Meta accounts (or set them up in your name if you don't have them). If we ever part ways, you keep the account, the history, and all the data — no hostage situations.
Is there a minimum ad budget?
PPC works best with enough spend to gather data, so we'll talk through a realistic starting budget for your market and goals during your free assessment. You're always in control of the number, and you can scale it up or down as results come in.
Google or Meta — which is right for me?
Google Ads captures people already searching for what you offer, so it's usually first for service businesses. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) is great for awareness, retargeting, and reaching people before they search. Growth and Pro tiers run both; we'll recommend the right mix based on your goals.
When will I start seeing leads?
Ads typically go live within your first two weeks, and you can see clicks and calls almost immediately. The first 30 days are largely about gathering data and optimizing — results stabilize and improve as the campaigns learn. We report in plain English the whole way.
Do you track phone calls from ads?
Yes. Call tracking is built into Growth and Pro so you can see exactly which campaigns and keywords are driving phone calls — not just clicks. That's how we tie spend back to real leads instead of vanity metrics.
